"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "Great location at the water’s edge, great room and yes there are stairs everywhere so no surprise there. We had the top floor with a kitchen and deck which was fabulous for watching the world go by. It was worth the extra stairs. Super welcoming and helpful host. The bathroom was renovated with a good shower. Everything you need for a stay in Riomaggiore. Steps to everything including the beach."
