Habitación 119 le falta una reforma mas moderna. Mobiliario anticuado. Se ve cambiaron la cabezera de la cama y se ven los agujeros en la pared de la anterior... esto se arregla con un poco de masilla...falta cuidar detalles. Hay un taburete en el escritorio pero mejor no sentarse ya que sus patas se mueven todas...Eso no lo ven? Supongo que tendran habitaciones mas modernas pero esta no..

Notre chambre n 123, vu sur les évacuations de cuisson avec odeur et impossibilité de laisser ouvert sinon odeur horrible, coq qui chante à partir de 2h du mat et porte communicante avec la chambre d’à côté sans aucune isolation acoustique ou l’on a pu participer à la vie des voisins, demande de changement de chambre mais apparemment hôtel complet. On entend des bruits de machines qui fonctionnent une bonne partie de la nuit sûrement dans la cuisine située au dessous. Cependant personnel d’accueil très à l’écoute et au niveau du self, certaines serveuses ne sont pas serviables. Expérience très médiocre pour un 4 étoiles.

huone oli takapihalle,ja sinne ei paistanu aurinko koskaan,joten huone oli erittäin kylmä.Allasbaarin tarjoilu oli erittäin hidasta,pitkät jonot kokoajan,respakaan ei ollut kovin palvelutaan aurikoista.Ruoka oli ihan syötävää,ei mitään kovin erikoista.

The hotel stay is good. Staff are nice and friendly. However the food options were very limited with negligible vegetarian, international or local options. Food was recycled over multiple days. Leftovers from one night were recycled into a different dish the next day. Dissappointed with food in this hotel.

Habitaciones limpias y agradables
Las habitaciones son mejores que las expectativas de las fotos, muy limpias y geniales para ir con niños. El spa chulísimo y la piscina también. Lo único a mejorar con las zonas comunes, que han quedado de otra época. Pero el personal del restaurante muy amable. Por el precio que ofrecen la media pensión está genial para visitar todo el norte con cena y habitaciones limpias y bonitas.

Todo fantastico los trabajadores se buffet limpieza barra muy buena gente atentos y amables, solo el inconveniente fue que al preguntar por la noche la tarifa taxi al aeropuerto nos dijeron que era precio fijo y mas barato por un acuerdo, al pedir luego que se nos llame el taxi el taxista nos dijo que eso era mentira no habia convenio ninguno con ellos asi que el marcador nos iba cobrando excesivamente asta mas de lo que se ofrecian taxistas ajenos del hotel. Por lo demas todo bien

Hotel, the pool with a lot of sunbeds and the gardens with all the flowers, palms and everything were really nice. Also the location is really nice, only park the car is sometimes pretty hard. What was definitely worse was the food, we were excepting much more from 4 star hotel in Europe, quality of the food was really poor. I don't mind the small selection, but I thin the quality is important. Even we had all inclusive, we went to eat several times outside to the city. We had the cheapest room, but I still at least excepted to change our towels. This never happened and we stayed there 5 nights! Only 2 sockets in the room and one of them worked only sometimes, another one in bathroom, so charge the phones, laptop and other things we needed to be able to work, was little bit challenging. It's little bit sad because this hotel has a great potential. But stuff was really nice. Fortunately we are really easy going persons so we enjoyed the stay here anyway, even without clean towels, but next time we will probably stay in another hotel.

I really liked the hotel overall. The pool area and terraces were lovely and the grounds were beautiful with all the plants and flowers. Shuttle bus into town was great and punctual, we used it a few times. Food was a let down, not enough choice. What was available wasn’t bad I would have just have liked more options. Also the animation staff were present but didn’t do much. Mini disco is advertised at 20:30 and at 20:40 I had to knock on the door to ask if there were actually doing it. This also happened with the kids club during the day which should have been 10:30-12:30 but finished earlier and earlier everyday and there were around 5-6 kids waiting there daily so they had no excuse not to open. They just didn’t want to, which was a shame cause the kids loved it!

La struttura è una delle più vantaggiose della zona ma presenta dei punti critici, come la reception non all’altezza delle aspettative. All’arrivo in albergo non ci è stato spiegato quasi nessun servizio, abbiamo dovuto scoprire da soli l’autobus per l’albergo che porta in centro. Questo alla fine della vacanza quando avevamo già pagato varie volte i servizi pubblici. Inoltre non vengono nemmeno spiegati molto bene tutti i servizi accessori all’all inclusive: ad esempio la zona snack è nascosta e non ci è stata indicata dalla reception come a tenerla nascosta.

El buffet libre deja bastante que desear, la calidad no es uno de sus requisitos. Fruta malísima, bebidas decepcionante, la limpieza de la vajilla deja bastante que desear. La variedad de comida es aceptable si fuera un menú diario pero siendo buffet echo en falta más variedad. Todo incluido entre horas también con poca variedad en cuanto a la comida (perritis y hamburguesas con papas fritas). Limpieza de la habitación mala, hacer la cama y cambiar toallas es todo lo que hacen. En general y como opinión personal, no volvería a repetir hotel en caso de volver a la isla.
