“The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha! ”

“Staff were nice. Apartment was as described. Only thing I didn’t like was the low walls when 19 floors up and your small children try to climb for the view. If they fell it would be death. Nets should be applied every few floors.”

“This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

“Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot.”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

“예약은 당일 9시쯤해서 좀 걱정했어요 호텔이 아닌 레지던스라서 호스트랑 연락이 바로될지 키를 받는 부분이 괜잖을지 연락은 바로 올지하고요 연락이 한시간 후쯤 바로 오고 체크인하는 방법과 비번들도 자세히 선명해주어서 체크인 하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요 또 호스트가 다른 호실에 계시는지 타올이 필요하다 연락하니 바로 와서 교체해주엇어요 문의에 대한 답도 거의 10분 이내로 바로 오고 늦은 밤에도 연락이 가능했어요 ”

“Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient.”
