"Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked."

"I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

"This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent.
