"The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere. Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!"

"The Hotel Grief is in a wonderful location, and our room was exceptional. It overlooked the Piazza, offering a beautiful view, and it was both bright and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful; they upgraded our room because the one originally assigned to us was not as comfortable. The location could not have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, and there were excellent dining options right outside the front door. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hotel Grief. I would love to return someday and would highly recommend staying there. When booking your room, I suggest requesting one overlooking the Piazza."

The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."
