Ingen personal i receptionen men går att nå via WhatsApp. Badkar inne i sovrummet men mer snyggt än praktiskt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men vår funkade inte trots att de försökte laga den. Som tur var fann en maskin även i korridoren. Dåligt med förvaringsplats och inga krokar att hänga nåt på. Inget att sitta på förutom sängen. “Die Gastgeberinnen sind einfach total herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren beispielhaft sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Es wurde täglich die Betten und sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß die örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Wenn wir mal wieder auf Sizilien sind, kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle B&B. ”

Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.”

“Our stay was fine. The mattress, bedding and pillows need significant improvement. The rooms are spacious but lack in charm, particularly in comparison to the charm conveyed in the photos online. The plumbing was imperfect. The shower head required holding in place to prevent it from spraying all over the place. Well located and nice staff. ”
