"Staff/owners are trying hard. Very helpful and accommodating.This was a pretty dumpy old hotel that they have really cleaned up. Their rates were good, they accepted pets, as we were traveling with our dog. Room is clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, shower was nice, rain shower head and wand but bathroom is small. Can be a bit noisy, people were chatting outside at 2 in the morning. Popular local restaurant on site (Plates) has good breakfast at reasonable prices. Lobby had a huge screen and lounge, complimentary coffee machine (nice one). Ace Brew pub 2 blocks away, Starbucks adjacent to motel. 5 minute drive to downtown."

"My stay was short, but I really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
I especially appreciated the employee who checked me in. He kindly moved me to a room on the same floor instead of the second floor because I had a few plastic storage boxes and my mountain bike with me. That thoughtful gesture made my stay much easier and more enjoyable.

"I had stayed there the previous year with a much better experience. The staff were amazing and very helpful, but were unable to help with some issues. We stayed in a double queen suite in the main Inn. Bathroom was not very clean, dust all over the wooden door and the shower walls were splatted with some kind of liquid. TV did not work even though they tried to fix it. I personally thought the bed sheets spelt musty and the unit upstairs is not very well sound insulated - so you can hear every single foot step, door closing and people chatting. The indoor/outdoor grass on the balcony floor was a little strange and out of place. However, the view was amazing and the grounds were very nice and well taken care of. I just think it looks like a few corners were cut maybe to save some $$."

"So nice just right at the beach. Staff was friendly to offer us toys to play at the beach for kids. Swimming pool is warm which is so helpful for parents with kids. Amazing view. Will definitely come again."

"It was beautiful! Clean rooms! Beautiful view and ease of access to the beach especially on the main floor. Staff was eager to help and were prompt in getting anything we needed ( toaster)
The downsides: it was so loud until about midnight every night.
The sprinklers went on around 830 am-- while the kids were out playing -- ( right at the edge of the back patio."

"Room was clean. Despite being non smoking room. Neighbors were smoking right outside on deck so we couldn't open the window for fresh air :(
Breakfast was very basic. Parking was tight and lot was quite full. If stairs are an issue be sure to say something as we didnt see elevators. A decent stay"
