"Room was clean, quiet and spacious. It had everything we needed and staff were friendly at the check-in desk. We found the grounds to be very dark . My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pathway lighting for safety and to make it easier to find your room at night especially in winter when it is dark by 5:00. Lovely stay otherwise."

"The staff is tremendous. The front desk staff went absolutely above and beyond. I can't remember her name but my Folio says it was "swills". I hope she gets this message as she was amazing. The rooms are very modern, the hotel has a very retro beachy vibe, and the restaurant is among the best in Parksville. Try the Fisherman's Chowder. Unreal. "

From the area to the food from the in-house restaurant to the friendliness of the front desk and cleaning crew, we are very grateful.. We will definitely be coming again in the future and cannot wait to spend some time in the summer in this wonderful hotel and a beautiful area of Parksville..
