“Great location. Clean room. Golf view”

“Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The worst thing was the noise from upstairs. Kids were running around all the time till late night, we couldn't rest. The Front desk had talked to them but nothing was changed. We stayed there 5 nights and I had asked a quiet room when I made a reservation. I was disappeared that they had assigned the family with kids just above our room. They could assign us on the top floor since we had asked a quiet room. The staff were nice, but it was a bad...

“It's too bad we weren't told about the water beetles that come out from the baseboards when it rains. It was horrible. You had to have shoes on all the time because there were so many crawling around. If we'd have known we wouldn't have stayed there.”
