THE Beach Club Resort

"Room overlooking the ocean was lovely. Many of the front desk staff were what I would call fake friendly. The pleasant young man who welcomed us and asked to help us was quickly interrupted by an older woman behind the counter, who told me that they would be with us in a moment. Her underlying tone was unpleasant. The girl at checkout was similarly insincere especially when I asked a question about the service charge."
