"We stayed at the newer cottages along the green. Great units for couples, which are well appointed and comfortable. There is parking at each unit, which made unloading and loading easy. The bed and bedding was excellent, and the room well stocked for our stay, minus any real creamers for the provided coffee/tea. We sourced those from the restaurant, but given the standard of Crowne Isle, I anticipated better than coffee mate packs for that morning coffee on the patio overlooking the green. The staff were all excellent, and the food in the restaurant was great. The overall property is one of a kind, and doesn’t disappoint. Our cabin was clean overall, but the windows were terribly streaked and dirty, which took away from the great view. The bedroom blind was broken in the closed position, which made it dark all day without any natural light. Which leads to my only suggestions…time for a deeper clean, and fixing things that are clearly broken."

"Place looks tired from the outside but has been renovated within. Roomy room, good bathroom. Towels a little thin. About a 10 minute drive into downtown. Close to a coffee place, but it doesn't open until 9:30 am. Good restaurant nearby called Fifty. View of ocean."

"Very nice hotel. Clean room and close to everything in Courtenay. Staff were super friendly. Greeted us every time we came in and asked us how our stay is and if we needed anything. Will stay here again next time we are in town."

"Clean room and dining room was excellent in views of the ocean. Staff in dining room super great also. No shops or other restaurants nearby so you were eating onsite. Yard and hotel outside could use a clean up. Screens on patio doors most of them off and hanging on balcony. Fresh painting needed. Breakfast buffet needs a change up every couple of days. It was always the same when we stayed for 3 days. Oatmeal perhaps added and bacon instead of sausage etc. change that up. Beds super comfy though."
