The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond daily. It was cleaned nicely, I felt safe walking Nextdoor to the store and Waffle House. In room coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, etc.. well above average quality breakfast spread. Lots of hotels in the area but I’ll be coming back here! Thank you for the great southern hospitality ❤️

Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was very good, however the rooms smelled bad, the carpet was dirty, smelled like wet rag, I got two rooms and both smelled bad, they switched one of them but the other one also smelled bad, had to spray a lot of Febreeze. Only one elevator working, took like 15 minutes waiting for elevator each time.

This was as expected for the price and other reviews. The bed was clean and comfortable. The tub/shower and the few towels were fine. The rest was dirty. We were able to keep the room comfortable enough with the ac on 60 w the fan on constant high. I called ahead to verify the pool and hot tub were working and was told that they are. They aren’t and they don’t have any intention of working on them. Once again, you get what you pay for.

Terribly kept up with needs a lot of maintenance and the photos online don’t even compare to what you see or get when you get there. The breakfast was the best thing they had going for them. Dried mouth tobacco on the chair when we got in our room chip crumbs on the bed. Pool room wasn’t well kept had mold growing on the benches lots of broken things inside the hotel. It’s was very poorly kept. Won’t ever stay there again.

The property was filthy. The carpets were stained. The sheets were stained. There was food on the floor in the hallways. The tub backed up during the shower. The room was in serious need of refurbishing and repair and maintenance. The check-in staff was nice. The breakfast was OK.

Hotel was an old building being renovated. Lots of items in need of repair. Elevator buttons missing, deadbolt on door missing. Microwave broken with moldy food inside. Single lightbulb hanging from socket for bathroom light. Almost out of food at breakfast buffet by 7:30 AM. On the positive side, beds were comfortable and front desk staff was friendly.

This place has such great reviews, and honestly I’m completely confused as to how. The staff were exceptionally friendly, but that’s where the positives to this place stop. The elevator lights didn’t work, there was overflowing trash in the hallway, the linens had dark stains on them, there were used Brillo cleaning pads in the bathroom, the hall windows were cracked with window unit air conditioners cooling the hallways. Would not reccomend.
