“Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight.”

“While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do.
