"We were there for one night. The room was really comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent and helpful. We enjoyed the herbal water and noticed they had lots of umbrellas if we had needed them. Location was great - we took the tram from the train station. Walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. We did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked amazing "

"The primary plus of this hotel is its location, about 70 meters from the entrance to the Amsterdam Centraal train station. This was important to us, because our days were spent on day trips to Haarlem and The Hague via train. So it was a REALLY convenient location! And despite that central location, including proximity to stations for many of the (quite noisy!) trolleys and the "Lovers" canal tours, the rooms are incredibly well insulated from external noise! However, the INTERNAL walls are paper-thin: we could easily hear discussions and coughing in the room adjacent to ours. The bed was very comfortable, but the room around that bed was severely limited. The staff members were wonderful about facilitating check-in and helping us store our luggage before check-in time and after check-out. They spoke flawless English. We didn't avail ourselves of the restaurant or the breakfast, instead walking across the bridge to have breakfast at one of the many restaurants a short walk away, and there are more in the (quite large) train station, another benefit of the central location."

"The hotel is located in a perfectly location, easily walk to major city attraction of Amsterdam. The inside room is relatively small and old. The bathroom is small with a very small sink, the shower room is also very small. Otherwise, still good for the price. If you just want to walk around the Amsterdam city centre, and maybe need to go back to the hotel anytime during your travel. It's a good choice. Not good for the people need luxurious. Not good for the family with small kids."

"The room was clean and the hotel smelled nice, good atmosphere but the water and snacks area was all the way at the end, the staff wasn’t welcoming nor inviting. The staff, in particular Juan was the only nuisance. He spoke to us in a condescending way, gaslight me when I spoke to him about our room AC issue and always had a snarky comment to make. Seeing him and having to deal with him was exhausting. He’d act like he’s being accommodating or helpful but is in fact very much not. We’ve had the misfortune of dealing with him on several occasion's and can confidently advise you to steer away from him at reception. The rest of the reception and housekeeping were a delight. "

"We ended up booking this hotel for a girls trip in April. We had a room facing the street so it got very loud at night as there was a Coffeeshop and pub right across the street. The other reason for the noise-the hotel staff kept manually turning off the AC- forcing us to open the window to cool the room down. Some nights it was quiet, other nights we were not able to sleep. Several nights it appeared someone was stomping or moving furniture in the room above us. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Amsterdam. The room was comfortable and we slept well. However, we did find the breakfast room very busy, even though we tried to vary the times that we went to breakfast. Overall, we felt that the breakfast room was just a little too small for the number of guests staying there. Also, we feel that a premium hotel should replenish the water in the room every day. We enjoyed our stay, but would think twice about returning there at the price."
