“Good but management at front desk is not food enough for a 5 stars ”

“Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. “We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great! The condo we stayed in was very spacious and cleaned daily including turn down service each night. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. ”

They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts.”

Coral Gardens was very clean, the A/C worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
