"Nice air conditioned rooms. The cleanest rooms are on the 3rd floor. The dirtiest rooms are on the first floor since they allow pets in those rooms only. Not sure how the second floor rooms are. Overall a decent experience and the customer service I received was pretty good. Not bad for a budget friendly motel. I suggest you take a look at the room you're getting before you pay for anything in the case where you don't pre-book a room."

"Bien situé pour avoir un accès au centre ville à quelque pas de la gare de train (environ 50 min de train du centre ville). Hôtel manque d'entretien (ventilation, propreté divan, air conditionné extrêmement bruillante, etc. Le personnel était gentil, mais souvent long avant d'avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil."

"When we arrived, we’d had a crazy day. It was so nice to have the staff welcomed us and make our transition to the room seamless. The room was great. It was clean. The kids enjoyed every second of having their own room. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. I really can’t say enough about this place. I will definitely be back."
