"Getting a cup of coffee in the morning is brutal. I was told the downstairs bar didn't have any that I had to go upstairs to that bar. When I went upstairs to that bar I was told I had to pay for it unless I was gambling. When I explained I was downstairs and told to come upstairs, she said I had to be gabling at the bar. Was so frustrated with the whole run a round, I left and went across the street. A server was there as soon as I sat down and actually had coffee on her tray already."

"You exit the hotel casino and are right on Fremont street, lots of shops and great and reasonably priced restaurants and lots of shopping! Room is small, but clean and comfortable, has great charm! If you are a larger person this room may not be for you.. when you open the bathroom door it hits the toilet with a limited amount of room to enter."

"No. Internet was crappy and had to use our own hotspot. Shower still had hair in the tub. A dirty sock was found by the corner seat. We had no iron with our ironing board and had to call room service twice and wait 20 minutes. "

"I booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. The manager continuously gave me the run around. My girlfriend has allergies and asthma so she was very uncomfortable while in the room. Location is really good, and the casino is fine, but the room ruined the trip "

"My room was very nice; clean, spacious, with a great view. I was disappointed to find that there is no way to make coffee in the room - so one has to get up, shower, dress, and venture out to get a cup. This is tea not in the spirit of vacation living. It would be nice to have a top sheet in the bed so that one can adjust layers for temperature regulation. As it is, it’s a heavy duvet or no cover at all. Finally, the pool experience was terrible. The music was blasting so loud that it was physically painful, and this was nonstop. It really ruined the atmosphere of the whole pool area and drove me back inside the hotel after only a few minutes."

"Didn’t realize we were there a few days too soon for the pool to be open. The whole reason we stayed there was for the pool. The bar was also way expensive. "
