"Ten years ago for my 1st time in Vegas I stayed at the plaza. 7 and 8 years ago I stayed other places on the strip and both times I said the Plaza was nicer than those places. So I stayed at the Plaza this time (2026) and nothing has changed much except the plaza feels dated n didn't have the amenities I grown use to. I had to buy an extension cord my 1st night because the outlets were hidden or out of reach. Had food left overs and no place in the entire hotel to reheat my food. Floors looked and felt dirty constantly. Staff seemingly looked unhelpful. I can't really recommend Plaza anymore as a must stay. I will recommend if you're on a budget though."

"I liked the room window view…the beds were very comfortable and accommodating! The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating! Liked the passes to use the Circa pool area…which was really nice! There was a situation with the staff entering room unannounced with a knock concerning a report of our TV needing service. Hotel granted $30 credit for drinks at bar. We got cokes, ice and water…Stay was given. grade B. Would stay there again…"

"We stayed three nights. We had hoped the room would be cleaned after night two. It was not. We were out of the room all day. We got back at 10pm. Called and asked for towels. The never arrived. Other than that the place is okay. No on site little store for any missing items you may need"

"We stayed at Element for two nights while in Vegas for a family wedding, and choosing a non-casino hotel ended up being the perfect decision for our family. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, extremely clean, and very well maintained. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We had a last-minute need for milk for our little one, and the team immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. What impressed us even more was that they remembered the next day and proactively offered to help again if needed. That level of care and attentiveness meant a lot to us. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh-made food available on request in addition to the buffet options, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Lauren at reception, who helped us throughout our stay. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again."
