“The deadbolt didn't engage. The extra latch on the door was broke with only 1 of 4 screws barely holding it on the door. Part of the ceiling was hanging down. TV wouldn't work and maintenance had to call the provider and eventualy replaced the cable box. It worked after 45 miutes and replaced box.”
