the outside is run down but inside is fairly nice and clean.

Light bulbs missing in lamps. Sink and faucet dirty.Not a safe place.

It’s more like a motel. Limited staff (1) bathrooms were worn and need updating. No instructions in the room on tv channels or how to contact front desk. Area outside needs cleaning and refreshing. All rooms face parking lot so really a motel.

The only thing that was wrong with this site was at our initial entrance, in late evening, to check in. The customer service agent made us wait while she vacuumed the floor behind the desk in front of us without saying a word. She had a small roller sweeper and we literally stood at and watched, at 11pm, tired, looking to be up early the next day and waiting for a check in to a bed. She was very nice once she started to speak to us. The rest of the hotel stay was excellent.

Nice hotel, very clean, hospitality even washed the two glasses I had used each day. Good hotel breakfast but limited on options.
