“The property is attractive & well located at the interstate end of downtown Bozeman. There are stairs, however to all but one unit & no elevators. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Also, there is no way to make tea & coffee is available only certain hours & only in the lobby. No microwave, no refrigerator, no coffee maker. I fell in the shower & the manager had no real interest. We should have been assigned the one handicap unit.”

“Rooftop pool is very small and there is not your typical area to lay in the sun. The food choices at the rooftop bar are minimal and the chicken wings are very fatty. Our first night they took our drink order then never asked for our food order! We left hungry because the drinks took 25 minutes to get and didn’t want to wait again now that our drinks had been empty for 15 minutes - clearly understaffed even though they had about 5 different women behind the bar. Valet parking is not necessary...

“Beautiful facility and top notch staff. The hotel decor was what you would expect from a Montana property. Very comfortable lobby and outside sitting area. Exceptional room with a sofa and a full kitchen. Great breakfast with many options. The staff also greeted us each time we entered and offered any assistance on locations to visit. It was very quiet and the beds were very very comfortable. It was a wonderful place to stay and I would happily go back.”

“Staff was friendly and ready with suggestions for must-try restaurants and things to do in Bozeman. Our room was very clean and nice. Breakfast consisted of the usual selections of breads, cereals, HB eggs, yogurt, DIY waffles, juices, coffee. The area was tended to promptly as guests completed eating, with tables wiped and made ready for others. Food items promptly refilled as needed. No complaints and would definitely stay there again.”
