로비랑 룸 모두 깨끗하고 예뻐서 좋았습니다. 서비스도 친절하고, 요청하면 실내 슬리퍼도 제공해 주는 점이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 1인실이었는데도 욕조가 있어서 저녁에 따뜻한 목욕을 할 수 있었습니다. 또한 배치된 샤워용품 향기가 너무나 좋아서 조만간 제품을 구매할 생각입니다.

Nice hotel in a beautiful building in a very nice neighbourhood of Den Haag. Room decor could use an upgrade and the room was extremely warm because the airconditioning didn't work properly.

Great room with sky lights. The water and fruit in reception was too perfect after a travel day. The AC unit was broken in our room. It was too late in the evening for repairs, but they provided a fan and it was a comfortable night sleep. Great location. Would stay again.

Een mooi hotel, een mooie kamer en een heerlijk bed. Helaas lag onze kamer op de begane grond aan de kant van de Molenstraat. Door het tot laat langslopende en langsrijdende uitgaanspubliek hebben we maar weinig geslapen. Kamer nr 19 zouden wij daarom dan ook niet aanraden te boeken.

Mooi oud gebouw, gezellige lobby, vriendelijk personeel, lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt, goed bed en kussens, en een heerlijk douche. MAAR als je een eenpersoons kamer of een van de mindere luxe kamers neemt wordt je ergens in een achteraf hoekje van het hotel weggestopt. Dat is wel een beetje jammer, ook de wifi op de plekken is zeer slecht.

Very small room with little comfort
Travelling solo i Got installed in a very small single room, no desk to sit at for working. In the headline of the reservation it did say double bed and expected a normal room. Staff were friendly and helpful yet always, always check your reservation through hotels.com information not always correct!

Ik had nog nooit ondervonden dat je schuivende stoelen, dichtslaande badkamerdeur en andere geluiden van een bovenbuur? zo goed kan horen in je eigen kamer. Toen ik dat aangaf aan de receptie (na een nacht met veel kamergeluiden en weinig slaap) heb ik wel een andere kamer aangeboden gekregen en zo ook een betere nachtrust. Het personeel aan de receptie was heel hulpvaardig en begripvol.

the very friendly receptionist asked if we had any special wishes regarding the room, view, bath and so on. we said not really. we therefore got a room that was located at the back. without a view. In fact, the guest should simply get the best available room anyway. the extensive buffet breakfast was fine

Het verblijf was goed. Het enige minpunt waren de opstapjes/kleine trappen op de verdieping; ik had een loodzware koffer mee en tassen en moest die zelf deze opstapjes/kleine trappen op- en aftillen. Als de receptiemedewerker me dat had verteld, dan had ik wel om hulp gevraagd want ik zat op een kamer aan het einde van de derde verdieping. Niet fijn als je last heb van een jetlag na een lange reis uit Australië.

Stayed for three nights. Great hotel in perfect location. Room, also great with large balcony and view of the park. Bathroom had a certain “wow” factor.

The hotel was in the city centre. Everything was in walking distance. It was safe and pleasant on Sylvester and New Years' day.
