실용적이고 가성비 높은 비지니스 호텔
2층 구조의 방 배정받아 편히 쉬었고 조식도 훌륭하였음. 군더더기 없는 시설과 서비스로 출장자에겐 추천하고 싶음. 단, 대중교통을 이용할 수 없는 위치이므로 이동에 불편함이 있을 수 있음.

Nice stay at the Hague
The hotel was nice for the rate, except for the acces to public transportation.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Personnel à l'accueil très aimable ( ne parle pas français mais anglais donc ok pour nous !). Petit plus = roue loterie à notre arrivée avec des petits lots à gagner ( du jamais vu dans un hôtel pour nous). Chambre confortable et bien agencée.

Front desk staff are friendly and amazing, parking is convenient and free. Room is clean and comfortable though a little small. Lobby is small, but interesting. Breakfast is not complementary, the presentation online was not too attractive. The only problem is the shower door is not sealed, so water gets out and flooded the bathroom every time. The shower head can be located at the side way instead.

Good option for family stay in Den Haag
We liked the spacious family room for our long weekend in Den Haag. Points for improvement: the room was never cleaned during our 4 days stay which was not really great considering we were 5 people and at least a quick vacuum cleaning would have made the difference. We got the towels changed and the trashed emptied once. The hotel is 30/45 mins walking distance to the city center but there are bus stops nearby.

Het geheel heeft weinig uitstraling. Het OV om naar het centrum te gaan v.v. rijdt niet altijd en sommige haltes, ook bij het hotel, waren niet in gebruik of de bus reed een andere route. We hadden dit hotel o.a. hierop geselecteerd

Helaas flink achteruit gegaan.
Enkele jaren geleden was dit een mooi hotel, met goed restaurant en goede kamers. Daar is nu niet zo veel meer van over: het hotel begint verval te vertonen, het restaurant is veranderd, en de omgeving is inmiddels een grote bouwput. Jammer.

At arrival the building and surroundings are a bit shabby. Family room is good priced and complete. We asked for an extra time vacuum cleaning because of some dust. This was quickly solved. The staff was very friendly, kids could chose their own music, they made fresh popcorn, breakfast surprisingly complete with very pleasant and friendly staff surrounding us

Douche was verstopt en lek duurde 2 dagen voordat het gemaakt was. Er werden geen nieuwe handdoeken gelegd en de kamer is niet schoongemaakt. Daar heb ik dus voor betaald voor geen service.

Camere senza condizionatore (nella settimana che sono stato li faceva quasi 30 gradi di notte). In piu ero al nono piano, si soffocava dal caldo. Altra cosa, nei piani 4/5 odore costante di immondizie che arrivava a giorni fino al nono. Di tre ascensori ne funzionava uno con la fila costante di persone che aspettavano. ho pagato su hotels.com 87€ a notte, hotel che per come ho passato esperienza vale 30€ a notte. Personale ospitale e simpatico, bella la ruota della fortuna! Riguardo al resto mai piu!!

Das Zimmer an sich war gut und Sauber, jedoch ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine riesige Baustelle welche natürlich eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse von sich gibt und das schön früh morgens, zudem ist diese auch die ganze Nacht über hell beleuchtet…es wäre schön wenn so etwas vorgemerkt wird. Außerdem mussten wir den Tag nach der Ankunft feststellen das es kein Warmes Wasser gab und später gar keins mehr… dies Ging länger als 24h, vom Personal wurde es nur abgewunken und gesagt das es bald wieder gehen sollte…. es kam keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung… Ich würde es für den Preis, die Lage und die Geschehnisse nicht empfehlen…

Muf hotel, heel benauwd. Kamer zelf was net heel netjes of schoon. Stof onder het bed, op het bed rand, brandplekken in het gordijn, vloer was niet schoon en de tv deedt raar. Ging midden in de nacht aan en uit. Daarnaast veel last van de buren, feestende groep, midde n in de nacht zaten ze met elkaar op de kamer en ging de tv heel hard aan. Kom hier niet weer voor een overnachting.

Aussicht super, Fitnessraum nicht nutzbar - Hotel wurde nur wegen dem Fitnessraum ausgesucht, es wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Vorerst wurde ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten bekommen, nach Beschwerde das gebuchte Zimmer mit Doppelbett erhalten
