"The shuttle driver greeted us with smiles at the Nairobi airport. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. They offered us the option of a late checkout (2pm rather than 12pm) since our flt back to the USA wasn’t leaving until late the next day. Room was very nice and comfortable. Food and beverage service down in the bar was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Fromt desk staff excellent, breakfast, mediocre in food and staff. All very nice, but not well trained. Paid 160 for a 7pm checkout marred by non-stop jackhammer noise in my room. Hard to relax."
