โCozy n clean rooms! Massive premise. Clean pools. Breakfast was fabulous with a great variety! Just ten mins from the airport, so makes it easy for early morning flights!
Staff is kind and courteous! Id love to mention about the Manager, Alok Kumar who attended to my complaint and ensured I was happy with the outcome.
Room service can be improved as I found it very slow. But not a big deal.

โFor starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience Iโve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund.โ
