“They have free intercontinental breakfast. Good staff.”

“Spacious rooms with 3 bedrooms. Very clean compound. The staff were amazing and responsive.”

“This hotel is fantastic and a great value for what it offers. My stay was great from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the airport pickup was quick, convenient and pleasant (if a little expensive), the staff at the front desk remembered me each morning and helped me print documents for my meetings. Food options are very good too. I visited the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby at least once a day, enjoyed a drink by the poolside restaurant and finished my stay with dinner at...

“Staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is in a great location, tucked away under nice natural surroundings. The toilet and shower were disgusting and badly needed repair. Shower had stagnant water which attracted mosquitoes . The water from the sink was brown and scary. I did not dare use it. The rooms without balconies feel dark and creepy. The food could be improved. ”

“great stay and people , have stayed before and would stay again. thank you . close to junction mall , food and shopping. excellent location , we reccomend.”

“Rent, väl omhändertaget och mycket trevlig personal.”

“Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful.”

“Shops near by, nice pool steam room and sauna helpful staff and room cleaning.”

“The bathroom/shower is on the small side beside that my wife said it was epic...lol”

“The phone number registered on hotels.com is incorrect and we were unable to reach hotel. I asked the cluster guard about the Comfy Private Ensuite Guest Room, but they said they didn't know, and it took over 30 minutes to get in touch after wealmost gave up. I heard that there is a 24/7 front desk, but there was no such thing, and the room was just one of a ordinary condominium. There were many falsehoods in the contents posted on Hotels.com, and this hotel? is not recommended. I recommend Air...

“It was a scam. Got there, and they had nothing to book. Sent us to a slum location and then to another one that had no functioning street access. Took my money and didn't answer any calls for a refund. I had to initiate a credit card dispute with Expedia. Customer service was the worst.”
