"The best thing about the Architect is its location and the price u pay for being in such a central place. The building is pretty old but it is pretty clean. The staff was pretty good as well. I will always stay here whenever I go to DC just bc of its price-to-location ratio!"

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"Very conventional, parking was 43 per night which is expensive so be aware . They dont out that on your hotel ."
