When we returned to our suite later that evening, we found another extraordinary surprise waiting for us — an additional cake, roses, heart balloons, and a beautiful card created using a photograph we had shared with the hotel. It was incredibly thoughtful and deeply touching. Beyond that, the entire stay was flawless. Our suite was elegant and comfortable, and every member of the staff—from the front desk to the river boat team—was warm, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Even among the many luxury hotels where we have stayed around the world, the consistency of service and attention to detail here is truly exceptional. "We liked the location of the Avani. Rooftop bar and restaurants were quite good. Our two issues, although they appear insignificant, did matter. We requested a 2nd luggage rack for our suitcase, only to be told we had to “make one”? Bottom line, no luggage racks available. So if you are two people in one room, it is a bit awkward. As for our other issue, some concierge are more knowledgeable than others. Birt, was exceptional. "

We loved the decor and have an amazing dinner on the rooftop with the view of the Wat Arun. The Thai fusion dishes were superb."
