"5 minute walking distance to St. Luke’s Hospital. 10 minute walk to High Street which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Room was very nice and so were the staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. "

"I am very particular about hotel bathrooms, and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the bathroom in my room. Not only it is small, the water splatters on the floor outside the shower because the glass door is halfway open. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are not firm, towels are very old and over used. The towel are faded and the threads are coming off on the edges. The hotel staff are not very welcoming, they don't greet customers with a big smile, their faces has no emotions whatsoever. They greet the customer "hi how may I help you?" with a straight face!! They guy who checked me in is pleasant but still has no smile in his voice, even told me I can only have one door key because they are running low on cards. Excuse me!!! That is not my problem and it is not a valid excuse! Also when we first checked in, the hotel lobby is hot, A/C unit is not working, hallways are hot as well, only the rooms has a working A/C! Good thing, I got a good view of the BGC skyline in my room, that I like very much! If you are not particular about bathroom and small space, and looking for a budget friendly hotel, then this hotel is for you. We were just here for 2 nights so I did not mind it. But I would not stay here again."

"A five-star location paired with five-star staff — but sadly, the property itself falls short. The carpets, walls, and washroom facilities are noticeably worn and in need of a full renovation to match the calibre of everything else on offer. What truly saved my stay were the people. Jules, Jelo, and Clive at the front desk, along with Litzie, Timmy, and Joey from the ADD team, were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. They more than made up for the property's shortcomings. With the right investment in renovation, this place could easily be a five-star experience all around. The bones are there — it just needs the work."

"Everything was perfect from the staff, cleanliness, food from UMU restaurant, breakfast buffet, The Pantry ala carte menus was great. We even ordered for take out after we checked out. One thing i hope they have as complimentary is a bottled water and not a water from the pitchel. But other than that Dusit Hotel never disappoint me. I even applied for Dusit lifestyle membership program. Looking forward to stay again and avail all the benifits of lifestyle membership program."

Lovely room with good linens and turn down service. Centrally located and walkable to restaurants. Don’t miss the shops and bakery on lower level Have visited The Pen for over 40 years and it never disappoints."
