The staff also provided cash coupons for the restaurant within the hotel, the food was great and with the coupons provided, it's very affordable for the high quality buffet it provided. "This hotel offers a family room which is good if you’re traveling with children. It is spacious and good for groups. Although the bathroom is small and tight, we are still able to make it work since the whole room is quite big for 4 people. It is next to a Starbucks which is add on for us as we love our Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for families and group of friends. It is worth the money."

"This hotel is superbly located next to an MTR station and right above a big shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk to Mong Kok using the connected walkway and it's only 10-15 minutes from laundry shops. There is housekeeping every day and I would use the gym most days, it is on the 8th floor with the swimming pool - quite a decent sized gym and open all day every day. There is not much noise in the rooms even though the hotel is so big, and the room is quite spacious with a kettle and fridge provided. Check-in is always a bit arduous, I have stayed twice and both times the check-in took a long time. Apart from that I'm really pleased with this hotel, and will stay here again next time too."

"This hotel was lovely and convenient for Abenue of the Stars and the star ferry. Also close to the museums. We had booked a family room but that was only two beds somewhere between a single and a double with no room for an extra bed somewhere between had to change on arrival. Make sure you book a room with two double beds if you are booking for more than two (which isn’t a family room!)"

"I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants around the corner. I will definitely come back next time."
