“Beautiful hotel that pays attentions to the details. Do not stay anywhere else when visiting Albany. You will not be disappointed.”

“My experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to change rooms a total of four times, and both the hotel and the rooms had a horrible odor. However, the staff was wonderful. They were kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Randa and Harsha were truly the best part of my experience. While I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel, I genuinely appreciated the kindness and excellent service provided by the staff.”

“No comment - sad”

“Multiple negatives so look elsewhere to stay. Looks like a cheap motel with hourly rates. Didn’t end up staying. They didn’t have my reservation anyway. Also, wrong address, wrong name of hotel and frustrating Hotels.com service”

“Everything great”

“The staff were very friendly at check-in, and the process was quick. The room was clean, and honestly, it was more comfortable and nicer than other hotels around Atlanta Airport in a similar price range. I also liked that there were restaurants nearby.”

“Great clean friendly hotel staff”

“The carpet was dirty and torn in many places , the tub was dirty and stained , the ceiling in the bathroom had mold , the box spring had burn marks , the room stunk of cigarettes , paid for this trashy place . Wouldn’t recommend, could’ve stayed somewhere for less but I don’t like to because this is what you get at a $50 room”
