"This is a very old building that was just remodeled. Get ready to make lots of lines, as you have to wait half an hour to check in, to check out, and for the elevators. It seems to me they are understaffed and still figuring out how to give a good service. You cannot beat the location!"

"My stay at Empire hotel was very disappointing. My blinds did not work - when I called, staff informed me that its part of their renovation. When I booked this hotel, no where does it say its under renovation. There was stripped off wall paper on parts of the wall. There were stains on my sheets. ..."
