If you need a place to sleep and that is all, this place is perfectly fine. If you want to be pampered, forget about it. Could be cleaner (air conditioning units are kind of dirty).

The beds/sheets & covers were fairly new and very clean. Carpet looked clean however it was damp so maybe recently cleaned? The two chairs by the table were quite stained so we did not sit on them. Our assigned room upon arriving, 212, would not unlock so the check in person moved us to 214 which worked fine. Budget place for budget dollars, worked for us.

The property was clean and well maintained. The young girl at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for a particular type of room. We needed a first floor room that would be close to the parking lot where we had parked our UHaul. The room was clean and most importantly, it was quiet!! There is a very limited breakfast section but that was fine with us. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Our room keys wouldn’t work when we arrived and had to be moved to another room. Then we found roaches. Killed a few in the room. Hard to sleep thinking about bugs. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Had a smell like people had smoked in the room.

Buen lugar de paso si vas viajando por la I45. Desayuno muy limitado, regular, aunque habia yogur no encontramos otra proteina. De resto estuvo bien, para una parada en la noche y continuar el viaje. Destacamos la piscina que nos regalo una hermosa vista del atardecer. Cumplió el objetivo. Gracias.

When we entered the room, it smelled of rotten food. The cleaning person forgot to clean the fridge out. The rooms need renovations. It had a smell to it. I will stay somewhere else with more up to date amenities. The staff was wonderful. The sad part, it's a group that comes every year. I hopefully can convince them to find better.

I booked a room because I was going to o a concert at the park Saturday night. When I checked in just after 5 there was what seemed to be a family grilling out. I figured they'd be bummed down by the time I was back at nearly 11 but they were still there. They were still there well into the morning, very loud and if it were not for the AC unit it would have kept me awake. They were still there when I woke up this morning at 9:30. I stay at this hotel regularly and have never experienced this. I will probably not stay here again because of this.

Friendly staff during check in. Skylar was especially nice. The room and property was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and most everything worked well. I would recommend that the outlets in room 110 be changed because several of my plugs wouldn't stay plugged into the wall.
