"Needs to spray for ants. A ton of ants coming in from under door. Even some in bathroom. Should have a handle or little rail to hold while climbing over bathtub to use the shower. Bathroom baseboards need a good cleaning. Don’t expect much for breakfast. Toast, English muffin, sausage links. Plain egg. Juice and coffee."

"The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall quality of the hotel was good. However, a concerning aspect of our stay was a distinct urine odor in our washroom that was noticeable to everyone, including my wife and children. While the room itself was well maintained, we assumed the smell was related to the age of the plumbing. My wife and I generally prefer to avoid questioning room assignments, especially since we specifically requested a quiet area on a lower floor to ensure our children would not disturb other guests. Furthermore, as the restaurant at the Four Seasons did not offer delivery or takeout, I had to negotiate returning the used plates myself, which proved challenging while managing two toddlers. Despite these issues, this trip was a short term family outing for my 40th birthday, and we still managed to make it memorable for the right reasons."
