โQuaint little boutique hotel. Rooms are small but has everything you need. Beds are comfy! Walkable and right across the subway station. Very convenient!โ

โIt was Krupa who received me at the hotel. Very friendly and I felt she is respectful to the customer, me. My first room was a bit cold but they changed it immediately when I told them.โ
โMy daughter and I had a one night stay at Ginko House and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful, well maintained old house in a quiet and convenient location. Excellent service from Nancy and Sophia. I hope to return โ
โThings to know:
thereโs no elevator
Breakfast is very basic and they charge you $40 for it per room. I wouldโve preferred to have the option not to pay for breakfast since we didnโt end up eating at the second day.
Parking is very limited and itโs right next to Fenway so youโre not guaranteed a parking spot
Those are the cons but the pros are if you like music if you want a fun spunky hotel and to use a record player and go through old records, if you wanna be right next to Fenway have a pool...
โThis will be my new go-to in Boston! Very friendly and helpful staff, nice building and property. Room was great and the shared bathrooms were very clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was a good addition too. Would highly recommend and will stay again. โ
