“I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed.”

“Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!”

“We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”

“Stunning building. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having cans of still water in the fridge and a little bottle of fresh milk for the coffee and tea. Shower was easy to operate and towels were a generous size. Extractor fan turned on automatically once you are near the bathroom area. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Scrambled eggs were delicious and fluffy. Coffee was from a machine that was self operated but it was a...

“As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again.”

“The hotel is old but is well looked after and quite nostalgic I would recommend”

“This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, it was clean, classy and central to all we needed, staff so friendly, rooms were amazing, absolutely great, will recommend to everyone.”

“The hotel itself is great The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!! Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep If you can go without then it’s a great hotel”

“The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense. Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle. I paid for late check out to midday and had people knocking on the door at 10.30 asking why I was still in room. Room was clean, slept well and lounges at...

“Great staff, good location but can be noisy late into the night and early morning due to the surrounding venues, which affects your ability to sleep. Soundproofing could be better. When it’s full service can be slow, we waited 45mins for our breakfast order which was not a great experience, although the food itself was great.”
