"We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. The little touches that the hotel did were so lovely. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you eat at the Korean cowgirl as it was great potion sizes and good value for money. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the spa, if it was a bit bigger and had more loungers."

"Fabulous hotel & I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Great location for what we needed, stayed 3 nights while searching for a flat for my daughter who is relocating. From the super helpful ladies on the hotel reception to the top floor restaurant and bar for breakfast and dinner, again fantastic service & very friendly staff. Our room was lovely, very clean, all amenities you need, great size & view overlooking the airport. Perfect stay! Highly recommended… We’ll definitely be back when visiting the area again. Thanks "

"The hot tub was warm enough, but the pool with the jets on the side. When they are activated the chlorine was very strong and made our eyes sting. "

"Breakfast is Cooke to order however if you have a dog they are not allowed in the restaurant and you are sent to a windowless room near the bar. Food on Friday night well it’s from a freezer burgers were like rubber and the oven chips yes oven chips were tasteless, The fish was horrendous frozen fish the fish inside the batter was a grey mush. No excuses if you have a chef or tell guests it’s from the freezer and tasteless. This is budget hotel the emphasis is on budget. Like going back into the 70s. Rooms small, smells of weed in corridors lots of people in flip flops collecting food from umber deliveries and similar. The plus side next to the RE museum, the park and finally the staff they were so friendly and tried to help. But that does not make up for the worn out rooms and public areas. Look likes it waiting to be demolished and houses built on the site. Anyone would think the owners could be property developers awaiting the green light. Not returning."

"Desk staff were friendly. Room was tidy but needed freshening ie paint, stains on the chair. Bed was hard which hubby liked but I didn’t. We were woken up at 3 am with shouting outside. Then again at 7 with what sounded like a washing machine next to our room. Couldn’t get back to sleep. It did the job of somewhere to stay for the night but we won’t be returning. "

"Excellent staff in reception, bar and restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming. Bedroom and bathroom adequate, very clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and well cooked."
