โA very charming place to stay. Incredibly quiet with lovely grounds. The trees surround the place are awe inspiring.
Owner very friendly and warm. We will stay here again. Very nice breakfast. We are so glad we found this place.โ
โIt has a great location - lobby area and breakfast room look nicely updated. The room was decent but thankfully with better lighting than other Fairfield Inns Iโve stayed in. The front desk employee at check in and breakfast room attendant were very friendly and helpful
The only disappointment was the fitness room- very small with just a few pieces of similar equipment โ
โProbably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Everything looks updated. And did I say clean?Really excellent coffee and generous hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful desk staff. โ
โstaff was very responsive and we were pleasantly surprised by how fresh smelling the rooms are. Not always so in motel settings. We would definitely stay there again.
Bess ruff ruffed her approval as well.โ
โSuper helpful staff and very convenient location for visiting the area. Our room was clean and quiet and exactly what I'd hope for at this price point. Water was HOT HOT. โ
โWe stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the surroundings and the drive to the property. The area is peaceful and quiet, with plenty to do for kids, including a mountain hike that even our 2- and 6-year-olds managed well. The grounds are beautiful for photos, very well maintained, and we often saw the crew cleaning and painting the sidewalks.
I booked 2 suites, which were a good size for a family of four and offered plenty of space. The only downsides were that check-in felt a bit tedious it...
โThe Manor House Inn is outstanding. It is unique and special. We had never stayed at an Inn like this and were blown away. The entire Inn was spotless and Blair was a lovely hostess. We attended a concert at the Infinity Hall which is within walking distance. Breakfast was included and it was fresh and delicious, served in a charming dining area. Norfolk is a quiet town and the Inn was a great find!โ
โA great place if you appreciate and like history. The lobby is filled with antiques and the porch is great to rock in a chair and sip some wine. Parking is no issue and you can walk to local restaurants and shops. โ
