Very clean property and manager was super helpful when the remote for the TV didn't work. Coffee in the room would have topped off the stay. I'd stay there again.

Room was clean and cozy, bed comfy, pillows comfy, bathroom nice and clean, plenty of towels, AC worked, and plenty of parking for two cars since we usually travel with 2 vehicles.

The price and location were great for our stay. The room smelled a little stale but wasn't too bad. Coffee station in the office was good to have. The small fridge lacked a freezer section, so our blue ice couldn't be re-chilled. (not the end of the world). It is a great value for the area!

The room was very clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The AC worked well. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The price per night was much less than other establishments near by. There wasn't a pool or gym, but those were not a priority. We will stay here again if in the area.

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed; the two most important things. We've stayed at more charming places in Great Barrington, but our usual B&B required two nights and we only wanted one. Nothing fancy, no frills, but ultimately quite satisfactory. We would stay here again. P.S. we found some charm and a nice breakfast at the Holli Cafe.

We have stayed here a couple times to ski at Butternut. It is not fancy but well worth the money. Staff is very nice, beds are comfy and everything is squeaky clean. Location is great. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

I'm always happy when there are extra big fluffy towels. We were surprised to find they cleaned the room and brought new towels. This isn't always the case after Covid.
