โThe destination hotel did a great job.
The reservation on their and showed a deluxe king. I received a printout of the reservation as received to the hotel from the hotels.com reservation.
My hotels.com reservation clearly shows two queen beds. My suspicion is a Code that is incorrect between the hotel and hotels.com.
As far as I can tell the destination hotel did fantastic. But on one point hotels.com failed to give me the correct room.

โEverything was nice. Bed comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast was pretty empty when I came down at 7AM. And I waited but none of it was getting refilled in a timely fashion. โ
โWater pressure on the shower is weak, low no matter where you stay. I have been there a couple of times. Blinds in the windows are not enough for the sun in the morning, mainly the rooms facing front of the building. โ
โSadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure.โ
โIt was pricey for a Motel 6. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We liked the area around the motel. We felt very comfortable walking around. Would stay again.โ
โThe room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. I also used the gym and had it all by myself, which was nice. I used the treadmill, but the gym also has two Peloton bikes, which I will try in my next trip. Most importantly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. โ
โOther than Expedia failing to make the reservation they said they had done it was fine.
EXPEDIA should put a phone number on their site to contact rather than hiding it on the receipt. Not happy with Expedia. โ
โWe stop here on most trips through the tri-city area. Friendly and helpful staff, Dependable, clean, right on the water and next to a park. Pet and kid friendly. โ
