Newly renovated rooms and friendly staff. I got stuck in Thunder Bay due to a winter storm and was glad to be able to stay near the airport.

Staff were helpful and courteous, however the room seemed clean but it really wasn’t. There was garbage under the beds from prior guests and the floor felt sticky. There was hair on the sheets, toenails near the radiator, and the pillows smelt like armpits to name a few reasons why.

Very impressed with the renovations they’ve done this with this facility in the past I didn’t read it very high but it’s very clean. It’s very quiet and it looks like it put a lot of thought into the bringing it up to a good standard a very nice place to stay and never heard a thing after 11 o’clock so I was happy.

No notification of construction on building. Alternative entrance not well marked or lit up. Could smell front desks body odour from about 10’ away. Bathroom counter looked like a dirty rag was leaking send on it. Beds were very messily made and dirt and hair on bedding

The place was clean. The location was noisy and very limited in terms of walkability. There were no amenities to speak of, so if you just want a half decent bed , this place will do.

checked in at 11p and checked out at 11:15p… entered room. looked like someone had jumped on the beds and they were covered with human hair.. gross. Went to front desk to check out and gave my explanation, i got zero push back from clerk, he was making a note and informing his manager. he also explained to me how to get a refund

The place was falling apart. It was dirty. The bathroom door did not close properly. The micowave was dirty. The one chair that was in the room...was falling apart. The breakfast was not good, and the one wait staff that I saw was rude to a child.

This is an expedia issue. My mistake I made my reservation for the 22nd instead of the 21st. Of course there was nothing Confort Inn could do so I called expedia and could only get a recording. Eventually the recording told me I hadn't cancelled early enough...really? It cost me $175 because of 1/2 hour. Terrible. I will not be using expedia again.
