The price for the apartment is reasonable. The apartment is small, and does not supply enough towels. We did not receive any instructions for picking up the keys and arranging for our arrival. The manager did not reply to our email inquiries. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning unit does not have any labels, and the place was very hot. We did not enjoy our stay in this property.

We had three rooms. All three rooms had views of the sea. All three rooms came better equipped than we expected. They were clean and comfortable. It was a scuff mark here and there on the walls so it could use some touching up on painting but for the value this was a great deal considering everything else was well in excess of $100 a night

최악의 경험

우선 얼핏보아도 500가구가 넘는 낡은 아파트이고 아마 이중 몇개의 방을 렌트하는것으로 보입니다. 렌트카로 이동했는데 찾기 너무 어렵고 찾아서도 리셉션은 없고 1층 편의점 우리나라 기준으로 보면 동네 구멍가게에 점원이 체크인을 해주는데 너무 불친절 했습니다. 이곳은 서민층이 거주하는 곳입니다. 아파트내부는 주방의자는 매우 더러웠고 청소상태도 엉망이었습니다. 욕실 샤워기는 녹이 나 있고 셔워 커튼도 매우 불결했습니다. 200불 넘게 주고 간 곳치고는 최악이었습니다. 복도를 따라 양쪽이 집이라 저녁에 옆집 싸우는 소리도 다들렸고 잠을 잘수도 없었습니다. 이글 보시는분운 절대 가시면 안됩니다. 50개 나라 다니며 본 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Average Stay

First night contrary to the reservation, they gave me a room without balcony and nothing like the posted pictures online. Plus, the room was very dirty with dust everywhere. The showroom was filthy dirty with mold and hard water deposits. I even had to kill cockroaches! I couldn’t even take shower after 16 hour journey from the US. Upon complaining to the management on the following morning, I was moved to a room that was exactly as featured online. I found out later I was sent to a wrong room. Idan sincerely apologized to me for the huge inconvenience and was extremely professional not to charge me for the first night and allow me to check out late. Although the service by Idan was great, the new room still needs fresh new paint, deep cleaning, and some repairs. Paints were peeling off, and shower curtain was kinda yucky. There is nothing within walking distance from the property. The rooms they manage are actually apartment units that are being used more like Air BnB.

Extremely dissapointed.

Filthy place, dirty furniture, terrible lodging if you expect quality. This is a two star place, at the most. The kitchen is not adequately equipped, the bathroom floods with the shower. A real rip off for the price we paid.

Good value, refurbished modern unit near the port!

We were initially a little hesitant to book this listing as it's more of an AirBnb than a hotel but it turned out to be a great stay! The check-in was also initially a little confusing as you will have to call to inform your arrival time (hopefully at decent hours), and then pick up the key at the mini-mart of the condo. But once we arrive successfully, everything was easy and lovely. There is ample parking at the condo's covered parking garage. I believe there are many units listed and the one we were given looked similar to the one listed here though with slight differences in the furnishing. Overall it was still a well refurbished unit with a modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living room has view of the Galilee Sea. A/C is available in the unit. The bed had some stains but we were there for a quick sleep (got in at 9pm, out by 9am), so that did not bother us. Location is walking distance to the Tiberias port and right by many hotels which would cost double the price of this listing! Most hotels in the Tiberias area are not the highest of quality anyway, so for the value, we'd recommend a stay at one of Kings Condo's units!

Holy land visit

This is an apartment in a building, not a hotel. The apartment itself was clean &.comfortable but the shower needs updating because no matter how careful you are to seal the doors it will leak into a puddle. You need to be sure you have a mat to soak up the water.

A trade off that may be worth it

This was our first trip to Tiberias. The apartment is nice and in good condition. However, the building is not a hotel but an apartment building that has not been maintained nearly to the standard of the unit in which we stayed. We got off to a difficult start because we did not meet our host for several hours during which time I contemplated moving elsewhere. However, once we met him we felt much better about staying in his nice apartment, and he was very gracious. The value here is that you get a suite with a kitchen and a nice view of the lake for less than we would in one of the nearby hotels. The trade-off is the entrance into the building and the lack of a full service reception area. There is a nice beach club across the street which you pay for, and that may be a good idea because the public beach is less than desirable in my view.
