"The room was clean and the organization is doing upgrades. They had done a nice job on the bathroom. There were sufficient electric appliances to prepare light breakfasts and coffee. The staff worked hard to fix access issues and after a little of a bumpy start, things worked out. "

Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most.
