I like the potential the property had. The toilet flush very slow. The kleenex holder was full of sust. But the bes was nice and comfortable

I did not stay. We sat in our car for ten minutes debating to even go into the room because of the shady surroundings. We walked into the room and walked out! Door was bent and did close correctly. The tub was filthy and had a used bar of soap in the drain. I could go on and on. I returned to the front desk and explained how upset I was with the room. I was told it had been more than 15 minutes and they couldn't issue. FULL refund. I collected my receipt and walked out!

I walked into the room and immediately noticed that there is food on the floor, crumbled up cookies, breadcrumbs, M&Ms. Then I pulled back the top blanket and there’s brown stains all over the sheets and pillowcase on the pillow. so I called the front desk and asked for another room and she said that one was not available so I asked if they could send somebody down to clean the room and she said she is the only person there so I asked if I could have fresh sheets and she said there were no fresh sheets available. I asked if I could have a refund she said yes but I had booked it through Expedia. I still had to pay the $30 fee that they marked the room up for when I went into the bathroom the bathtub was peeling. The walls were peeling the grout was black. The paint was coming off the walls , this was absolutely disgusting so we ended up leaving I took the $30 penalty and drove an hour away to get a different room

When we arrived there was an aggressive argument happening between hotel guests in the lobby and pool area. The police arrived but it still felt unsafe. The rooms were crawling with German cockroaches. There was even 1 in the bed. The floor & surfaces felt greasy & dirty. We would never stay here again.

There was a nice Lake behind the property. However the tank trap in the driveway required some negotiation to get around it. The mold in the bathroom was a nice touch.

The check in was great-friendly staff. Room was in disrepair. Cars parked in front of our door, with people just sitting in them.

I am glad to know the staff was friendly and helpful. As far as parking goes, guest are allowed to park where they can. There is no assigned parking so guest usually park as close to their room as they can. We appreciate you staying.

The staff was very friendly, kind and respectful. Our newly remodeled room was very nice. Breakfast was a continental breakfast plus waffles. We would stay there again.

The staff was amazing very nice. The rooms and I say rooms because we had to change rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website. We reserved the king bed room all of the photos have a jacuzzi style tub and updated thru out. No nothing like that the amenities that where listed nope not in the room and couldn’t even get a hairdryer. We had to clean the shower it was horrible. We just got off of a 14 hour drive and was exhausted. We ended up sleeping a few hours in the truck. The staff was great but the property was horrible

Nice stopover.
We always enjoy our stopover here on the way to Florida. The beds are nice. This time the temperature of the pool and hot tub were perfect. The room was good. the only problem was the breakfast the next morning they did not have eggs and my husband really missed that.

Area qas rough, seemed like a guy lived at hotel seemed to have a dog kennel in room, at stairs trash was all over, food was tossed on ground to feed animals, bed was horrible and probably 15 years old, definitely never going back

A LED light outside my room kept flashing on and off all night! The staff ignored my complaint! Will NOT be staying there again!

Wonderful heated pool, nice comfy big bed, nice breakfast with waffles and everything. A few things that maybe would have bothered my mother would be the toilet paper roll was loose a little bit from the wall, and a little bit of peeling paint in the shower drain. However I had no complaints at all and was very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. I thought it was a fantastic stay and a fantastic price. I did not want to leave the heated pool but when I did there was a hot shower, big TV, and cozy bed waiting for me! Will definitely stay again.

Up graded to suite it was in very poor condition, couch dirty looked like someone was sick on it. Asked for refund on upgrade and took a regular room with some improvement.

Cold hot tub!
Check in took awhile because she was on a phone call, but fast once she tended to me. Room was supposedly non smoking & had a smell that seemed like smoke. Room was okay, looks like they are doing some renovations as there was a dumpster in lot. I booked the hotel for indoor hot tub as driving from MN to FL. The hot tub was cold maybe upper 70s. Noticed steam on pool so went in & it was like bath water in upper 80s. Obviously heater issue on hot tub. Then there were no pool towels, front desk said she didn’t have any. We had to walk outside to go back to room which it was 59°. Shower in room was hot with rain showerhead & we had towels! I don’t think we will stay at another Quality Inn.

All was ok till we started itching and i found bed bugs in the head board hanging on the wall made of woven fabric with wood frames. also suspect they where in the mattresses.

It was a mess they tried to Paint the tub and walls with regular wall paint. This ottoman just like the last place was ripped and dirty. Broken glass in the parking lot out front of the room . The driveway in had a hole in it large enough to be a swimming pool Do not use the star rating as a reference

Tub was dirty and in bad condition surfaces stained moulding and peeling. Comforter on 1 bed had multiple stains. We had 2 people from housekeeping staff knock and require door to be opened in the morning before the 11am checkout. Best experience was check in.
