"It is an ok place to stay but the cleaning staff never once swept our floor and it was very sandy every day. They also took our dirty towels and only replaced a couple of them. I tried to ask the cleaning lady for more but she could not speak English and she just walked off. I texted the number and they brought me a pile of towels and about 20 wash rags. The staff at the gate were amazing though! We tried to eat at the restaurant but the hostess could not tell us if our diet could be accommodated. She said we would have to wait for a table (30 minutes) then talk to our waitress about it. We didn’t want to wait 30 minutes to then be told we could not eat there. I would not stay there again. I’d probably choose the hotel inside the legoland gate."
