“The room is actually a two bedroom apartment and it worked great for us. Very reasonable price. Direct access to the ocean. Chair and umbrellas are provided. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach, but not far from some nice places to eat. The patio at night was a great addition to our experience. Very relaxing at night.”

“His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. “Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again ”
