Overall, I had a really good stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. Parking was okay too. Just something to keep in mind when booking—the standard rooms don’t have A/C, which I didn’t know beforehand. But honestly, I didn’t really need it, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. Other than that, I was happy with everything and enjoyed my stay!

You cannot beat the location. The room was decent enough, although the elevator didn't work for a few hours (we were on the 6th floor, so it was a little hike, but that's OK because we did not have luggage. Check-in took about 30 minutes, there was only 1 person checking people in, although there were plenty of people behind the counter. Again, you can't beat the location.

Breakfast was great. Room was moderate. Door handle broken in the bathroom. Not enough towels. No AC, no TV, no fridge, not even a phone to call down to the lobby. Parking can be tricky. Elevators take forever. It’s close to everything though lots of food and shopping options and the beach a 3 minute walk.

Toilet ran all night even after they fixed it, only 2 small bath towels available but 2nd day got a hand towel. Elevators broke down but after awhile had 2 running for whole building so spent alot of time waiting or had to take stairs. No air conditioning and partial ocean view was a small corner of the beach half mile away. Breakfast was the same everyday- beans, chilaquiles, eggs, vegetables and coffee that’s it. On the upside, location was one block from beach.
