Super modern and awesome loft, and we highly recommend staying here if you need a cool spot in TJ. Our friends played a show nearby, and it was an easy walk to that, and to restaurants and nightlife. It’s loud inside loft, you can hear all the noise from the street fair/clubs, but it didn’t bother us for sleeping or waking up. We will come back here next time we come to TJ. Thanks.

I liked the look and style of the loft. The parking slot is on the 1st floor of parking garage. Access to the building once you have the entry card is convenient since it's on Avenida Revolución next to the Japanese restaurant. Location is great since it's convenient to everything. The only issue is since the front facade of the loft faces north on Revolución you get a lot of noise from the bars and nightclubs but I think I saw earplugs provided on the nightstand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, which immediately set the tone for my stay. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the local attractions. The property itself was well maintained, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into its design and upkeep. My room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. One thing that stood out was the exceptional service. The staff and the security guards was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their recommendations for local dining were spot on. I also appreciated the amenities and facilities available on-site. Overall, my experience at this property was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I can't wait to return!

No warm or hot water for most of my 5 day stay. Management called plumbers and I was told there was nothing that could be done, that it was a widespread problem in that region. I later talked to a local who thought that was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard. It was a misrepresentation. Enjoy the cold showers and shaving with cold water.

Brand new

Nice place. Brand new. They are still working on something's but the construction noise wasn't bad at all. I was there on a weekday. Right in the middle of Revolucion but without the noises blasting from the bars. The host was great. I got there early. Texted her, she responded with a code for me to get in.

TJ is not for everyone. You have to lower your expectations a little. Though when the establishment charges prices similar to an American hotel, the quality should be raised. It's TJ though, you might not have running water one night. Or you might have a shower that is either extremely hot, or extremely cold (warm not an option).

Unsafe for travelers

Terrifying experience. There is no hot water! Not to mention during freezing temperatures. There is no heating at all. Security will come to you all throughout the night and accuse you of not being booked at the hotel. While also threatening to call the police. Good luck if this is not your home country. Shower is extremely dirty. Oh and to top it off in between security attempting to kick you out. Security will steal your items. Even worse there are several clubs so close that you hear the words of songs until 4am. And can feel the shakes from the speakers. At least you will have ear plugs that won’t help at all because it is that loud,

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación siempre y cuando no te moleste mucho el ruido para dormir, ya que está sobre la Avenida Revolución. Fuera de eso es hermoso lugar con buena vista y fácil acceso a muchas opciones de comida y diversión. Muy recomendable!
