“The hotel itself is beautiful, but frankly bizarre. Reception staff are very helpful and recommended a great guide. The restaurant is worth missing - average food and slow service. Ordering is done via menus on about 3 different QR codes, which is a nightmare with kids when trying to have a screen free dinner. Breakfast was included but we weren’t allowed to order off a menu - just presented with a very stodgy muffin with sprinkles, small plate of melon and papaya and some very undercooked eggs...

“Property was beautiful and peaceful. Only problem was my cell service and internet service.”

“This hotel is very close to Chichen Itza. The food was very good at the restaurant.”

“Immaculately clean, very new TV, AC and bathroom fixture. Got a great night's sleep each time I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piste's small tourist eateries, taco stands and food stalls geared for locals very short walk away. This is the ideal stay for someone visiting Chichen who wants to experience small-town Mexico as part of the trip. I come often to visit friends, and this will be my new local go-to.”
