"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access.
